Store profiling using Workstream X
Reduce unnecessary POS as sending generic packs of POS to stores generates a lot of waste materials, resulting in higher than necessary costs.
Restrict what stores could order, as excessive POS was also compromising on the aesthetic look of stores so a solution was needed to limit this.
The solution was to introduce an entirely bespoke POS ordering system through our proprietary technology WorkStreamX. This created store profiles and rules to enable sending store specific packs to stores, tailoring what they would receive to the particular fixtures and fittings in each individual store. This also streamlined the briefing process, in turn reducing the number of spares that are printed. Pre-designed artwork templates allow HQ to create artwork for POS, without engaging artwork agencies and thus cutting costs further.
