WIN A WORLDIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LONDIS & BUDGENS

  1. The Promoter is: Mondelez Europe Services GmbH – UK Branch whose address is at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH. Please do not send entries to this address, as they will not be entered into this prize draw.
  2. Participants must be 18 and over.
  3. Entry is open to registered Booker Retail Partners (GB) Limited (“Booker Retail Partners”) Londis & Budgens retailers (“Participants”) located in Great Britain only. NI retailers are excluded. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in order to qualify for a chance to win a prize.
  4. To enter, Participants must purchase from Booker, 3 or more cases from the Qualifying Products listed below between 00:01, 24/10/2022 and 23:59 30/11/2022 (the “Qualifying Period”). Any entries received outside of the Qualifying Period will not be valid.
  5. Participants will automatically be entered into the prize draw each time they have bought 3+ cases of any Qualifying Products, to have the chance to win one of 4 prizes. Prizes available to win are 1 of 4 football shirts signed by a football player. Football players include Neymar Jr, Harry Kane, Virgil van Dijk and Steph Houghton. The allocation of the shirts will be random. The winner will not be able to choose the size or footballer player that signs the shirt.
  6. Should the Participant not wish to be automatically entered for the prize draw or accept any prize they must contact our appointed third party called The Delta Group, at bsb@odessaoutdoor.com and confirm this in writing.
  7.   8. Participants do not need to purchase the required Qualifying Products in one transaction, Qualifying Products purchased during the Qualifying Period will count towards the Qualifying Products required to qualify for the prize draw.
  9. Participants will be responsible for any tax liability.
  10. Booker Retail Partners will provide The Delta Group with details of Participants who have qualified for the prize draw so that The Delta Group can select the winners.
  11. Draw to take place within 14 days of closing date. The 4 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Qualifying Period by The Delta Group on behalf of the Promoter. Each winner will be notified by The Delta Group by telephone/email within 21 days of the prize draw closing date (23:59 on 30/11/2022). The Delta Group’s notification is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The prize will be dispatched by MKTG on behalf of the promoter as soon as reasonably possible after being signed by the respective player. Please note this could be as much as 8 months after the date of the winner notification and a validated claim.
  13. A maximum of one prize per participant.
  14. If contact cannot be made with a winner within 2 weeks of prize notification, at the discretion of the Promoter, The Delta Group reserves the right to select a new winner on behalf of the Promoter.
  15. No cash or other prize alternative is available. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
  16. Participants may be requested to take part in unpaid publicity but this is not a condition of prize acceptance.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem an application for the prize draw if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Participant has not complied with any of these terms and conditions, or has not acted in good faith. The Delta Group’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  19. The Delta Group’s involvement with the prize draw is as set out in these terms and conditions only. The Participant’s entry data will be processed by The Delta Group in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://TheDeltaGroup.co.uk/privacy/) and for the purposes of running the promotion and administering the prize only (to the exclusion of any other purpose).
  20. Entries which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. Booker Retail Partners and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to process an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside Booker Retail Partners’ or the Promoters’ control.
  21. Liability: Booker Retail Partners and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  22. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for promotional purposes and for no other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter may disclose Participants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with Participants. By participating in the competition, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but will no longer be able to participate.

The Delta Group and Booker Retail Partners will only use the personal data supplied  for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose.  The Promoter, The Delta Group and Booker Retail Partners are bound by, and will use your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2017/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  24. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
